Follow up appointments
45 minutes - £50

Good for focussing on one specific area such as: back, legs, pre event, post event

60 minutes - £65

Great for focussing on one specific area and also deeper work and more focused for mobility and tension relief.

The follow up sessions may also include reassessments and aftercare.
